Numerous fans feel that his lack of leadership and character is to blame for the weakening of United this season. There were even reports that he had argued with Cristiano in the locker room curtailing CR7’s newly-found leadership stature in the team.

Man City Remain at the Top of EPL Standings as United Drops off the Top Four

Man City’s win further cements their place on top of the EPL table with 69 points. On the other hand, Manchester United fell to fifth place with 47 points, indicating that if they’re not careful, they could end up missing a spot in the top four. United need to pull up their socks in a major way and balance out their star power with effective game strategizing.
